Set in Meyrick Park, the day will feature live performances across two stages, family-friendly activities and plenty of opportunities to celebrate love, diversity and community spirit.
The Main Stage line-up includes performances from Inclusive Church, Big Little George, Redwood, BMIT, Sheila Tackya, Sing People Sing and a special appearance from Jess Clews performing as Chappell Roan.
Meanwhile, the Community Stage will host Teddy Talks, adding to the programme of entertainment and interactive experiences throughout the day.
