Westcotes House

Westcotes House, located in Southbourne, is now a gay owned and run guest house. A perfect location on the cliffs, above the blue flag beaches of Bournemouth, with 180º  views from the Isle of Wight to Sandbanks, The Purbecks and Jurassic Coast beyond. 

Recently refurbished with attention to detail, a metropolitan twist has been added while ensuring the original character of this Gentleman’s Residence is retained.

We have six en-suite bedrooms with all the features you would expect from a great B&B. Each morning we serve our breakfast buffet in the dining room with its sea views, complemented with a choice of daily hot specials.

Getting to us could not be easier whether by road, bus or train. The Overcliff is on the route of the Bournemouth Coastal open top bus, while Southbourne Grove has good bus links into town and a short walk to Pokesdown station with its Direct train services to London, Bournemouth and Weymouth. For those who drive to us we have a private car park at the rear of the hotel.
